If you are not a member but want to become one. Safety rules require new members to complete an initial certification. You have the option to sign up as a "Pending" member.  This no fee option gives you time to take the initial safety class.  Upon completion you will become an active member and the membership fee will be applied.  A schedule for the next new member class will be made for you.
